Juggle Awarded 2011 Best Places to Work

St. Louis Business Journal honored the 2011 Best Places to Work

On April 7, 2011 at a luncheon in downtown Saint Louis at Windows on Washington, the Saint Louis Business Journal honored the 2011 Best Places to Work nominees. The luncheon, which featured a phenomenal menu and delectable dessert, paid homage to each of the nominees by highlighting the outstanding employee benefits of each company and mentioning its successes. CEO Stephanie Leffler and President Ryan Noble sent employees of Juggle, who have contributed greatly to its success throughout the years, to attend the event in their place.

Maggie Walter, who has been an employee of Juggle, LLC since June of 2009 garnered a much appreciated perspective of her job and its perks. “I felt very proud of Juggle as a whole and honored that I am part of such an organization. The daily benefits seem so normal and average after you have been here for a while, and it's a very nice feeling when you take those out of context and realize how special and unique they are,” noted Walter.

The award was well-deserved as Juggle offers employees a wide variety of perks second to none. With flexible working hours, staff members enjoy the benefits of a break room featuring free snacks and drinks, a comfortable lounge with couches and games, such as ping pong ball and pool, among others and a workout room with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and locker rooms.

Juggle’s office curator, Gary “Hutch” Hutchings, works seven days a week and does anything and everything needed to make Juggle’s office run. He routinely maintains the facilities, preps the conference room for interviews or meetings, manages the office equipment, stocks the office snack room and refrigerators and even buys team members their favorite snacks.

Juggle employees also participate in various off-site work functions, such as golf and dodge ball, promoting team building and open-communication. Employees also appreciate the perks of weekly messages, daily delivered lunches, haircuts and oil changes. Gary Hutchings noted, “The luncheon was the perfect way to recognize Juggle, its owners and its staff in front of the best of the best in Saint Louis. I am truly honored by the award. Working at Juggle is a pleasure because the staff is great and very appreciative; they make it easy to come in everyday and work hard.”
