Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is looking for a motivated, experienced, organized and innovative OLM Director to serve in the capacity of Vice President for Online Marketing. What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with extensive online marketing and management experience, someone who can get his or her hands dirty with the work of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising, but can also teach and lead an effective team. Strong organizational skills and affiliate and direct marketing experience are important; also important is your ability to fit into and enhance our unique company culture. We are not a nine-to-five kind of workplace, and we are looking for individuals for whom work and play are not mutually exclusive.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
As the Director of Online Marketing, you will lead affiliate marketing for Juggle.com and any other projects or properties we may launch, as well as leading advertising sales. You will be responsible for online product development as relates to all aspects of online marketing, ranging from organic search engine optimization to pay-per click (PPC) advertising and social media initiatives. For consideration, you should:
- Have a Bachelors degree or MBA in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management, or years of relevant equivalent work experience
- Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Be experienced in Web metrics and analytics (ex. Google Analytics)
- Be both a team player and a team leader, knowing when to take responsibility upon yourself and when to delegate tasks to appropriate employees
- Possess strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Have a proven ability to create and maintain new third party marketing relationships
Previous experience managing a successful enterprise’s online marketing initiative is strongly preferred.
