Kathryn Mary Garraway is an English journalist currently employed by ITV Breakfast. She has presented the UK version of The Biggest Loser. Garraway... went to Fitzharrys School in Abingdon, Oxfordshire . She then graduated from Bath College of Higher Education with a BA in English and History. Garraway's broadcasting career began with BBC Radio Oxford, and she had become an Independent Television News trainee journalist by 1994. A year later, Garraway joined Central News as a production journalist, reporter and news presenter. It was during her time there that she was 'talent-spotted' by Meridian Broadcasting's head of news, who poached her to become the main presenter of their nightly news magazine Meridian Tonight. This offered enough visibility on a wider stage to be selected as part of the team of presenters who launched the BBC's 24-hour rolling news channel, BBC News 24, in 1997, a period which included the anchoring of such stories as the signing of the Good Friday Agreement.

Michelle Stephenson is a British singer and TV presenter. At the age of 17 she was briefly a member of the English vocal girl group that would go on... to become the Spice Girls. Alongside Melanie Brown, Victoria Adams, Lianne Morgan and Suzanne Tinker soon replaced with Geri Halliwell, Stephenson completed the original 1994 line-up of Touch receiving the highest scores at the audition. Stephenson was a member of the group for only a short period before commitment issues prompted Heart Management to remove her. Stephenson says that she left because her mother was suffering from breast cancer. "To say I was turfed out of the group when I left because I wanted to be with my sick mother – well, what kind of person does that?" She was replaced by a girl named Abigail Kis, but only for a short period, and then finally by Emma Bunton after 6 months as the fifth member. Stephenson worked briefly as a TV presenter for LWT, ITV, Friendly TV and Sky. She also filmed a TV show in Malta called "Wild Games" before forming a songwriting partnership with Ben Hackett and Mike Edwards .

Tom Hingley is a musician best known as the lead vocalist of the English alternative rock band Inspiral Carpets. Hingley moved to Oldham in 1984,... studying English at Manchester Polytechnic,. He formed a band called Too Much Texas, and got a job collecting glasses at The Haçienda nightclub in Manchester. He joined the Inspiral Carpets as lead vocalist in 1989 . After six successful years, the Inspiral Carpets split in 1995 and Hingley started performing as a solo artist, releasing Keep Britain Untidy and Soulfire , released on his own label Newmemorabilia Records. In 2001 Hingley formed the band The Lovers with Steve Hanley and Paul Hanley, both former members of The Fall and Jason Brown and Kelly Wood. The Lovers' first album, Abba Are The Enemy, was released in 2004. In 2002/2003 Hingley joined a reformed Inspiral Carpets for two sell-out UK tours and again in 2006/2007. His second album with the Lovers, Highlights, was released in March 2008. In August 2009 Hingley played the Rebellion Punk Festival in Blackpool.

Celia Bannerman is an English actress and director. Bannerman was born at Abingdon, Berkshire, and trained at the London Drama Centre. She started... her professional career with Ralph Richardson as Dolly in Bernard Shaw’s You Never Can Tell and Lucy in Sheridan’s The Rivals at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket, London. She played a number of major television roles early on in her acting career notably Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice, Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnest and Lady Diana Newbury in Upstairs, Downstairs. She starred in the film Biddy for which she received an award from Moscow Film Festival and continues to have a long association with Sands Films working on Little Dorrit, The Fool, As You Like It and A Dangerous Man. Bannerman was Associate Director at the Bristol Old Vic directing The Price, Translations, Quartermaine’s Terms, The White Devil, Good Fun and La Ronde. At Stratford East she directed, Sleeping Beauty and The Proposal. She was the Staff Director at the Royal National Theatre on The Passion, Larkrise, Fruits of Enlightenment and Strife.
