Executive Team
After graduating from Washington & Lee University in 2000, partners Ryan Noble and Stephanie Leffler started an online business selling sun protection products. Having used a small asp ecommerce company, Website Monster, Stephanie and Ryan saw great potential in the software as a service model. They invested, joined the company, and turned Website Monster into MonsterCommerce, an ecommerce platform serving over 8,000 small businesses. Through Stephanie’s dedication to software innovation and superior customer service and Ryan’s strategic leadership, MonsterCommerce grew from a crew of four to a staff of two hundred team members, expanded into an end to end online merchant solution, including design services, search engine optimization, and merchant accounts, and supported annual sales exceeding $20 million.
MonsterCommerce was featured in a variety of e-commerce websites and publications, including Entrepreneur.com, eCommerce-guide.com, Network World Press and Information Week. The company was voted a SIIA Codie Award finalist for Best E-Commerce Software, recognized as the Fastest Growing Private Company in St. Louis by St. Louis Business Journal, chosen as one of St. Louis’ Top 50 Businesses by St. Louis Commerce Magazine, and awarded Best Place to Work in St. Louis. Stephanie and Ryan were each featured in Business Journal as “30 under 30” entrepreneurs to watch. After the acquisition of MonsterCommerce by Herndon, VA based Network Solutions, Ryan and Stephanie ran day-to-day operations at the company for nearly eighteen months before leaving to pursue Juggle.
Here at Juggle, Stephanie contributes her vast experience and tenacious attention to detail to keep projects moving, while Ryan provides a fountain of ideas and long-term strategies from which most projects spawn. Stephanie cultivates relationships and can be a cheerleader to maintain team member momentum, while Ryan continually challenges team members to reach past their comfort zones in order to grow. In short, Stephanie knows how to eat an elephant (one bite at a time), and Ryan knows where the elephants live.
In the last year, Ryan Noble and Stephanie Leffler’s leadership has helped Juggle.com surge from 400,000 monthly unique visitors to 1.7 million. Their dedication to publishing has grown the site from a mere 150,000 pages of information to 8.3 million and counting. The company has even grown beyond the flagship site, adding on MonsterMarketplace.com and ScalableWorkforce.com in the last year. Using powerful new software and content development techniques developed in-house, the Juggle team has launched twelve additional sites in the last month, with many more going live every week. If you’re as excited about all this as we are and would like more information or an interview with Stephanie or Ryan, please contact media at juggle dot com.
