Bruce Campbell Shelley is a computer game designer who helped design Sid Meier's Civilization and Railroad Tycoon with MicroProse and the 1997 hit real-time strategy game Age of Empires with Ensemble Studios. He is currently working with Zynga, best known for Farmville, and had helped develop FrontierVille in 2010. He served in an advisor role at Ensemble until it closed down in 2009 and recently stepped down from the board of directors of the... Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences. He also acted as a consultant on the Ubisoft game, The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom. Bruce Shelley was born in Michigan, U.S. and grew up in Baltimore.
