Bynes has two older siblings, Tommy , a chiropractor, and Jillian , who has a B.A. in History from UCLA and has also acted. Bynes' ancestors immigrated from Ireland, Poland, Russia, and Romania, and her maternal grandparents are from Toronto, Ontario.
