Allan Pineda Lindo, Jr. better known as apl.de.ap , is a Filipino-American rapper, record producer, and occasional drummer who is best known as a... member of The Black Eyed Peas. Apl.de.ap was born in Pampanga,Philippines, to a Filipino mother and an African American father. His father, an Airman stationed at Clark Air Base,ditched the family shortly after his birth; his mother, Cristina Pineda, raised him and his six younger siblings as a single mother. As a child, apl.de.ap would make an hour-long jeepney trip to and from school, and helped his family subsist by farming sweet potatoes, corn, sugar cane and rice. The Pearl S. Buck Foundation, an organization that finds healthier living environments for young abandoned or orphaned American children, matched him with a sponsor named Joe Ben Hudgens through a dollar-a-day program. He initially came to the United States at the age of 11 to treat nystagmus, an involuntary movement of the eyes. During a trip to Disneyland, Apl expressed his interest in staying in the United States.

Aljur Abrenica is a Filipino actor. He appeared on the fourth season of StarStruck. Born Aljur Mikael Abrenica, he was raised in Angeles City,... Pampanga and attended Don Bosco Academy in high school. In 2006, he joined reality-based talent search show, StarStruck, where he won the "Ultimate Hunk" title. As of September 1, 2007, Abrenica signed as a contract artist for Regal Films. Abrenica played Cervano/Zaido in Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan. He has also appeared in Zaido, Dyesebel and Boys Nxt Door, Luna Mystica and SOP Rules. He is also named Yes Magazine's Next Big Male Star. Abrenica played Miguelito "Lito" Sanchez in the afternoon drama, Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin?. He also starred in the film Nandito AkoNagmamahal Sa'Yo, a film produced by Regal Films. He appeared in All My Life in 2009 and in the television series The Last Prince in January 2010, which was followed by Ilumina in October 2010, Machete & Amaya in 2011. Abrenica joined in a GMA Christmas Reality show, Puso Ng Pasko: Artista Challenge in December 2010 and stars in the GMA horror comedy anthology, Spooky Nights Presents: The Ringtone which premiered April 2011.

Ronnie Liang is a Filipino singer. He is the former finalist of the popular reality-talent search franchise in the Philippines, Pinoy Dream Academy.... He was the second runner-up next to Jay-R Siaboc, who is one of his closest friends from the said contest, and grand star dreamer Yeng Constantino. He sang the popular OPM hit "Ngiti" and is a mainstay of ABS-CBN's Sunday variety show ASAP 08. Liang is the youngest of the seven children of a low-income family. Yet, despite this, he always dreamed of helping his family alleviate themselves from the plight of poverty. A diligent working student, he supported himself through college by working in a fastfood outlet and a video shop while studying at Holy Angel University in his hometown of Angeles City, Pampanga. All his sacrifices and hard work paid off as he graduated with a BS Education degree. He is Filipino-Chinese. The Angeles City native started working part-time as a ramp model, until his manager discovered he can sing. This became a turning point in Ronnie’s career as his manager encouraged him to join singing contests. Among them was Pinoy Pop Superstar.
