Stephen Gary "Woz" Wozniak is an American computer engineer and programmer who founded Apple Computer, Co. with Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne. Wozniak single-handedly created the Apple I and Apple II computers in the mid-1970s, which contributed significantly to the microcomputer... revolution of that era. In addition to being popularly nicknamed "Woz," "The Wizard of Woz," or "The Woz," Wozniak is also sometimes referred to as the "Wonderful Wizard of Woz" and "iWoz" . "WoZ" is also the name of a company Wozniak founded. He is sometimes known as the "Other Steve" of Apple Computer, the better known Steve being the late co-founder, Steve Jobs. Wozniak met Steve Jobs when fellow Homestead High School student, Bill Fernandez, introduced them to each other. In 1970, they became friends when Jobs worked for the summer at Hewlett-Packard, where Wozniak was working on a mainframe computer. According to Wozniak's autobiography, iWoz, Jobs had the idea to sell a computer as a fully assembled printed circuit board.

Ronald Gerald Wayne founded Apple Computer with Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs but soon gave up his share of the new company for a total of $2,300. Wayne was born in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. He worked with Steve Jobs at Atari before he, Jobs, and Wozniak founded Apple Computer on April 1,... 1976. Serving as the venture's "adult supervision", Wayne drew the first Apple logo, wrote the three men's original partnership agreement, and wrote the Apple I manual. Wayne received a 10% stake in Apple but relinquished his stock for US$800 less than two weeks later, on April 12, 1976. Legally, all members of a partnership are personally responsible for any debts incurred by any partner; unlike Jobs and Wozniak, then 21 and 25, Wayne had personal assets that potential creditors could seize. The failure of a slot machine company that he had started five years earlier also contributed to his decision to exit the partnership. Later that year, venture capitalist Arthur Rock and Mike Markkula helped develop a business plan and convert the partnership to a corporation.

William "Bill" V. Campbell is the current Chairman of the Board and former CEO of Intuit Inc., and a board director at Apple, Inc. He formerly worked... for Apple Inc. , Claris , and GO Corporation . Son of a local school official, Campbell was born and raised in Homestead, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. He attended Columbia University where he played football under coach Buff Donelli from 1959 to 1961. His senior year he was named to the All-Ivy Team. He graduated in 1962 with a bachelor in economics. He also obtained a master's degree from Columbia. He was head coach of Columbia's football team, the Columbia Lions from 1974 to 1979. Prior to this he was an assistant at Boston College for six years. He met his wife, the former Roberta Spagnola, while she was the assistant dean in charge of Columbia's undergraduate dormitories. He joined J. Walter Thompson, the advertising agency, then Kodak where he rose to run Kodak's European film business. Hired by John Sculley he became Apple's VP of Marketing, then ran Apple's Claris software division.

Millard "Mickey" S. Drexler is the current chairman and CEO of J.Crew Group and formerly the CEO of Gap Inc. He has been a director at Apple Inc.... since 1999. He studied at the Bronx High School of Science, City College of New York, and University of Buffalo. He later received a M.B.A. from Boston University Graduate School of Management. In the mid-1970s, Drexler was a merchandising vice-president at Abraham & Straus in Brooklyn, New York. He has also worked at Ann Taylor, Bloomingdale's, and Macy's. Drexler is often credited with Gap's meteoric rise during the 1990s. Until then Gap had been a relatively small chain selling private and public brands. Under Drexler the company made a dramatic shift to private brand merchandise and expanded rapidly to become an iconic part of 90's pop culture. Television advertisements featuring young models and catchy music such as "Mellow Yellow" and "Dress Me Up In Your Love" came to epitomize the relaxed American casual look that defined the Gap brand. Donald T. "Don" Valentine is an influential venture capitalist who concentrates mainly on technology companies in the United States. He has been... called the "grandfather of Silicon Valley venture capital". The Computer History Museum credited him as playing "a key role in the formation of a number of industries such as semiconductors, personal computers, personal computer software, digital entertainment and networking." After graduating with a B.A. from Fordham University, he began his technology career in the 1950s and was a founder of National Semiconductor, as well as being a senior sales and marketing executive for Fairchild Semiconductor. In 1972, he founded venture capital firm Sequoia Capital, and in that role was one of the original investors of Apple Computer, Atari, LSI Logic, Oracle Corporation, Cisco, Electronic Arts, Google, YouTube and many other companies. Valentine is a former Chairman of NetApp and Traiana. He has, over decades, served on the boards of many other technology companies. Valentine was featured in the documentary film Something Ventured which premiered in 2011. Don Valentine has three children and seven grandchildren, all of whom live in the Bay Area.
