Maura Jo West is an American actress, best known for her role as Carly Tenney on the television soap opera As the World Turns. She also was the third actress to portray Diane Jenkins on The Young and the Restless. West portrayed Carly from April 11, 1995 to May 8, 1996 and again from September 10,... 1997 to the end of the series. She has been nominated for a Soap Opera Digest Award five times , and a Daytime Emmy Award seven times . West won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2007 and 2010. In 2010 West and her longtime onscreen romantic acting partner, Michael Park won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress and Actor. It was announced in August 2010 that West would join CBS soap The Young and the Restless, the long-time top rated daytime drama. She is the third actress to play Diane Jenkins, and made her first appearance on the show on October 8, 2010. In May 2011, it was confirmed by CBS Soaps Indepth that West had been let go from the soap after only several months on-air.

Mary Martha Byrne is an American actress, singer and screenwriter. In 2008, she left CBS's As the World Turns as the passionate role of Lily Snyder. In 2009, she was featured on ABC's General Hospital as Andrea Floyd. She briefly served as a script writer for the CBS Daytime soap opera The Bold... and the Beautiful. Byrne began acting at a young age when she joined the cast of the Broadway musical Annie, where she played the role of July. She was a featured actor on a number of prime time episodic television programs, including Kate and Allie, Murder, She Wrote, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Jake and the Fatman, In the Heat of the Night, and Hearts are Wild. Byrne also appeared in several television movies, with featured roles in When the Cradle Falls and Pink Lightning. Byrne's best known movie role would be the title character in the 1983 movie Anna to the Infinite Power,, in which she had a perfect vee-ope, and in 2010 provided the commentary for the DVD release. Byrne is best known for her role on the CBS Daytime soap opera As the World Turns, portraying Lily Walsh Snyder.

Larry Bryggman is an American actor. Bryggman was born in Concord, California of Swedish descent; his father worked for a neon sign company and his mother was a piano teacher. Bryggman attended the City College of San Francisco as well as the American Theatre Wing in New York. He made his... off-Broadway debut in 1962, with A Summer Ghost. Bryggman is known for his role as Dr. John Dixon in the soap opera As the World Turns, a role he played from July 18, 1969 to December 14, 2004. Originally the role was a minor background part, which only required Bryggman to work two episodes, but he was later hired to a contract in 1970. For his role as Dr. Dixon, Bryggman received two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Actor in a Drama, in 1984 and 1987. He has also made several notable appearances in major films, most notably And Justice for All, Die Hard with a Vengeance and Spy Game. In December 2004, Bryggman's picture suddenly stopped appearing in the opening credits of As the World Turns. Although many actors were rarely seen on the show, As the World Turns had a history of keeping its veteran actors under contract.

Brian Keith Bloom is an American actor, voice actor, and screenwriter. Bloom was born in Merrick, New York, the brother of producer/actor Scott Bloom and musician Mike Bloom. Despite his success, he soon grew tired of the scheduling involved in that field and eventually left the series to star in several television movies and myriad guest appearances. After leaving the soap opera, Bloom starred in several made-for-television films with teen subjects, including Crash Course , Dance 'til Dawn and Desperate for Love .

For some time the character was not very popular due to Molly's villainous behavior, but she eventually won a 2001 Daytime Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in addition to charming viewers during her romance with Jake McKinnon . When Jake was killed off in 2002, Molly again became adrift, and Kay left the show in early 2004 after a number of promised storylines never appeared. Kay popped up a few months later to recast the popular, brassy character of Lois Cerullo on General Hospital. Kay exited GH in early 2005 after mutually agreeing to part ways with the show.
