Juggle Team Member Benefits


Juggle provides a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and life insurance, paid time-off on holidays and more. Below is a brief overview of the benefits you can expect as a team member of Juggle.

Medical Insurance

Juggle offers PPO healthcare solutions through Principal Life. All full-time team members and eligible dependents qualify for our comprehensive medical coverage. Juggle pays for 70% of the cost for team members. Eligibility for Juggle’s medical benefits begins on the first day of employment at Juggle.


Dental Insurance

Juggle provides dental benefits through Principal. Our dental plan covers 100% of preventative services and 80% of basic services. New hires are eligible for dental benefits on their first day of work.


Life Insurance

Juggle provides all full-time team members with $15,000 of life insurance free of charge.


Paid Time-Off

Juggle understands that everyone needs a little rest & relaxation from time to time. We want our team members to enjoy their time off, so they can return rejuvenated and ready to take on new challenges.

Juggle’s PTO policy is based on “Years of Service.” Every employee starts with (12) vacation days per year. The longer you work at Juggle, the more PTO time you will earn. PTO time can be rolled over from one year to the next.


Paid Holidays

Juggle employees are awarded holiday pay for time off on the following holidays. We’re not quite the federal government, but our holiday schedule is still pretty nice.

Holidays we observe; New Year's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Martin Luther King Day, Thanksgiving Day, President's Day, Black Friday, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
