Expensive. We did receive an extended 4-year warranty by purchasing at Costco.

Cons:

Defective carafe design. No stirring stick like other blenders.

Review: Unless the new design carafe is REdesigned again, so it will be reliable, DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER.

Cons:

Poor blade design, vessel shape. Startup slam. Poor lid won't remove during blending. Liquids fly out.

Review: Don't buy this blender. Even at $100, you would still have a mess and unbloended solids.
