The University of Texas at Austin is a state research university in Austin, Texas, USA, and is the flagship institution of the University of Texas System. Founded in 1883, its campus is approximately 0.25 miles from the Texas State Capitol in Austin. Denver is known to be the biggest city and the capital of the U.S. state Colorado. Denver is nicknamed the Mile-High City because its official elevation is exactly one mile or 5,280 feet above sea level, which is defined by the elevation of the spot of a benchmark on the steps of the State Capital building.
