Mark Radcliffe is an English broadcaster who has worked in various roles for the BBC since the 1980s and remains one of Britain's most recognised... DJs. He is currently a presenter on BBC Radio 2, where he presents Mark Radcliffe's Music Club every Tuesday 11pm - midnight. He is also a presenter on BBC Radio 6 Music, where he hosts an afternoon show five times a week alongside Stuart Maconie, called the Radcliffe & Maconie. The pair had previously presented an evening show on BBC Radio 2. Radcliffe was born in Bolton, Lancashire and educated at Bolton School and The University of Manchester, where he studied English and American studies and classical civilisation. He took an interest in music from a young age; playing drums in numerous bands while at school and university and into his working life. As of 2007, he lives in Whitley, Cheshire is married with three daughters and became a grandfather in October 2008. Radcliffe is a supporter of Manchester City Football Club. He has a pet Cocker Spaniel called Toto. In July 2011 he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Letters from The University of Bolton.

Sara Cox , known as "Coxy", is an English TV presenter and radio DJ, best known for presenting the breakfast show on BBC Radio 1 between 2000 and... 2003. She now presents a Sunday morning show on the station, as well as regularly covering for other Radio 1 DJs. Cox was born Sarah Joanne Cox in Bolton, Greater Manchester, but later dropped the use of the letter 'h' from her first name. She attended Smithills High School until aged 16, and left Canon Slade School after her A-levels to pursue a career in modelling. Cox won her first television show role in 1996, presenting early "Girl Power" show The Girlie Show on Channel 4. She later had stints on Channel 5 entertainment show Exclusive and Channel 4 music programme Born Sloppy. In 1997 Sara presented on the UK feed of MTV, hosting MTV Hot, a late night music show. In 1998 Sara won her first film role in "The Bitterest Pill". In September 1998 she became a presenter of The Big Breakfast, following in the footsteps of her friend Zoë Ball .

Alex "Al" Weaver is an English actor. Weaver studied acting at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. His first paid theatre role was in Trevor Nunn's... 2004 production of Hamlet, at the Old Vic theatre in London. Weaver played the Prince of Denmark on Monday evenings and at all matinees, whilst Ben Whishaw took on the role for evening performances, from Tuesday to Saturday. British politician Michael Portillo lauded Weaver's interpretation of Hamlet in The New Statesman: "He [Weaver] gave meaning to the poetry, refusing to be rushed in the soliloquies or intimidated by them, varying volume and pace well. Frame by frame, he made credible Hamlet's progression from self-indulgence to nobility, so we could just about believe Fortinbras's remark that 'he was likely, had he been put on,/To have proved most royally'." Weaver has appeared in films such as Colour Me Kubrick, The Merchant of Venice , Marie Antoinette ,"Unmade Beds" and played "The Kid" in Doom. His television credits include DC Billy Slaven in the Inspector Lynley Mysteries .

Stu Francis is a British comedian with a camp style of delivery who achieved celebrity as lead presenter on the children's television programme... Crackerjack , on which his catchphrase was "Ooh! I could crush a grape". His principal "co host" was Basil Brush. He went on to host Ultra Quiz in 1985 and Border TV's Crush a Grape in 1987, a children's game show in a similar vein to his era of Crackerjack. He also released a single in 1985 called "Ooh! I could crush a grape". After Brownlow Fold Junior School and Smithills Base School, both in Bolton, he worked as a singer entertaining guests at holiday camps. He then switched to comedy and appeared in summer seasons at clubs and in theatres.

Samantha Kate Winward is an English actress, singer and model. She is best known for playing Katie Sugden in the ITV1 soap opera Emmerdale. Winward... attended Turton High School Media Arts College in Bromley Cross, South Turton. She was engaged to footballer David Dunn. Their daughter Mia was born at home in Edgworth, Lancashire on 12 June 2005 Winward and Dunn split in September of that year. In 2007 she began dating Jonas Armstrong, they split in 2009. Winward appeared in the ITV celebrity talent show Soapstar Superstar in January 2006. In March 2006, she appeared on the Orange Playlist. Here she explained that she was training to be a ballerina before being picked by her agent Ruth Young to attend the Emmerdale audition. Winward was voted number 73 in FHM's 2006 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll. She recently appeared on All Star Family Fortunes. Her family lost 381 - 30 to Kyran Bracken.
