4.00 4/5.0
Pros:
Witches extort the latent evil in Macbeth and vocalize his own inmost ambitions.
Cons:
However the witches often appear to satisfy an Elizabethan theatre's love for sensationalism.

Review: Macbeth remains one of the most tragic heroes the world of literature has witnessed. the inescapable malevolence surrounding the protagonist becomes poignant with existence of the witches.
