Boston University's College of Communication was founded in 1947 as the School of Public Relations. Today, the school offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in three academic departments: Mass Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Film and Television, and Journalism. Located on the east side of the Boston University campus , the College of Communication building is just blocks from Kenmore Square and Fenway Park.
