Overview
Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is looking for an experienced Web designer and brand manager to work with the company’s existing brand and expand knowledge of the company and its website into new markets, through innovative Web design, marketing, and overall project management. We are a young and vibrant company that is constantly growing and developing, and our brand manager’s work should fit the company’s unique personality while appealing across verticals. What We Are Looking For
This role is a great opportunity for a creative, forward thinking individual with enough Web design and marketing experience to be knowledgeable about brand management but with the creativity to help us take the next step. Some think that building a brand in today’s social Web is easy; our brand manager should stand out, as we would like our brand to.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
As the brand manager, you will work with existing marketing materials and our website to further develop our brand identity. You will be making changes to our Web design, keeping our look and feel up-to-date. Either with copywriters or on your own, you will help to develop our brand’s voice. In addition, you will be managing our reputation online, so knowledge of today’s social Web is a must. Qualified candidates should:
- Have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Web design or related field
- Have extensive Web design experience, and be able to design as well as manage and work with other Web designers
- Have experience working in brand management, preferably for a company whose business is mostly done online
- Have demonstrated the ability to work closely with creative and business partners to establish a clear and differentiated brand positioning
- Be a team player; you will be working hand-in-hand with management, other designers and writers to develop and manage the brand
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be familiar with social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social bookmarking (Digg, Reddit, etc.)
