The New York-based Latin Soul collective known as Bronx River Parkway traveled to San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 2005 to work with some of the island's most skilled contemporary salsa musicians (including Sammy Ayala, Pupi Rodriguez, Tito Cruz, and Local 12, among others). The collaborative sessions that took place have given way to the 10 tracks that make up SAN SEBASTIAN 152 (christened after the San Juan address that became a makeshift studio).
