Chang Chen is a Taiwanese actor, born in Taipei, Taiwan. His name is sometimes seen in the Western order . He is the son of a Taiwanese actor Chang Kuo Chu and brother of a Taiwanese actor, Chang Han . Chang Chen started his film career at a very young age. He was then selected by a Taiwanese director Edward Yang to be the protagonist of his 4-hour critically acclaimed film A Brighter Summer Day . Coincidentally, his father, Chang Kuo Chu, had also participated in this film and acted as his character's father. In the Ang Lee film, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, he played Lo "Dark Cloud" /... Luo Xiao Hu, the lover of Zhang Ziyi's character, Jen. He also appeared in the Wong Kar-wai film 2046 as the boyfriend to Carina Lau's character Mimi / Lulu.
