The Smokin' Pro Charcoal Smoker Grill includes durable cast iron grates that are designed to retain heat for more even cooking on this large 830 square inch grilling surface that measures 29.5W x 19.75D inches. The cooking temperature can be easily regulated throughout the cooking surface with an adjustable grate. This grate is designed with two wire hangers that attaches directly to the ash pan which holds the charcoal briquettes. By simply moving the ash tray upward it will allow more direct heat. Moving the ash try downwards will restrict the amount of heat to the grilling surface for a slow cooked meal. A thermometer is built in to the grill hood to display the exact cooking temperature
