Kevin Compton joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 1990. Since joining KPCB, Kevin's investments have focused on enterprise software and... the telecommunications industry. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of two public companies, Citrix Systems and VeriSign .Kevin also serves on several private company boards, including KnowNow, Intersperse, Kodiak Networks, and XenSource.Other investments he has led for the partnership include Audible, Inc. , Cable Services Group , Global Village , Mobile Telecommunications Corporation , ONI Systems , Volterra , and Active Software, acquired by WebMethods .Prior to joining KPCB, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Network Systems Team at Businessland . While in this role, the company's sales increased from under $70 million to over $1.4 billion, and the company was recognized as the number one supplier in worldwide Local Area Networks for three straight years.

Asiff Hirji has served as a director of theCitrix Systems since May 2006. Since April 2007, Mr. Hirji has served as a senior director of Texas... Pacific Group, a global private investment firm.  From October 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Hirji served as the president, Client Group of TD Ameritrade Holding Company, a publicly traded provider of securities brokerage services. Mr. Hirji served as chief operating officer of TD Ameritrade from July 2005 until October 2006 and as chief operating officer of Ameritrade from April 2003 until July 2005.  From July 2002 until April 2003, Mr. Hirji served as vice president, partner of Bain & Company and from July 2001 to June 2002, he served as president of Meralix, Inc., a firm specializing in turning around troubled portfolio companies for private equity funds. Mr. Hirji is a member of the Audit, Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

Godfrey R. Sullivan has served as a director of Citrix Systems since February 2005. From 2004 until June 2007, Mr. Sullivan served as president and... chief executive officer of Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a publicly traded software company acquired by Oracle Corporation in April 2007.  Prior to Hyperion’s acquisition by Oracle in April 2007, Mr. Sullivan served as president and chief operating officer of Hyperion from 2004 until April 2007. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Sullivan served as chief executive officer of Promptu Corporation, an enterprise marketing automation software company. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Sullivan served in senior management positions at Autodesk, Inc., a design software and digital media company, including as president, Discreet Division and executive vice president, Personal Solutions Group. Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors of Hyperion Solutions Corporation. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Sullivan is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. .
