The grape source is the Red Cedar Vineyard in Paso Robles. To create this wine, we utilized two different blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. The predominate block lies on a steep, sloping terrace of Rincon clay loam. It is unique, and features very well-drained soil, which must be heavily cover cropped for protection against erosion. The additional Cabernet Sauvignon fruit comes from a block which consists of fine sandy loam and is well-suited for growing wine grapes. Wine California Still Wine
