Collegeville Township is a township in Stearns County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 3,343 at the 2010 census. The township is home to Saint John's University, a Catholic school that is notable as being one of a small number of all-male colleges remaining in the United States. The presence of SJU has special implications for the demographics of the township. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.1 square miles . 31.6 square miles of it is land and 3.5 square miles of it is water.
