Overview

Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is looking for an experienced comptroller to manage the company’s day-to-day finances and accounting. We are a young and vibrant company that is constantly expanding, and are in need of an expert in finance, accounting and administration to handle these operations as we continue to grow.

What We Are Looking For

Juggle.com is not a typical corporate 9-5 operation. Though the duties of a comptroller are well defined, we are looking for someone who not only can expertly and efficiently manage our finances, accounting and administration but someone who fits into our company culture. Your Skills and Responsibilities

You will be managing the day-to-day finances and accounting of our company, as well as performing other administrative duties as necessary. To qualify, you should:

• Be a highly responsive, detail-oriented person
• Have at least a Bachelors degree in accounting (Masters degree is preferred, but Bachelors with relevant experience will be considered)
• Be knowledgeable about the latest accounting software and systems
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have billing experience

Prior experience in payroll is a definite plus.
