Mark Richard Hamill is an American actor, voice artist, producer, director, and writer, best known for his role as Luke Skywalker in the original... trilogy of Star Wars. More recently, he has received acclaim for his voice work, in such roles as the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, Firelord Ozai in Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender, and various other animated series, films, and video games. Hamill was born in Concord, California and raised in Oakland, the son of Virginia Suzanne and William Thomas Hamill, who was a captain in the U.S. Navy. Larry Bryggman is an American actor. Bryggman was born in Concord, California of Swedish descent; his father worked for a neon sign company and his... mother was a piano teacher. Bryggman attended the City College of San Francisco as well as the American Theatre Wing in New York. He made his off-Broadway debut in 1962, with A Summer Ghost. Bryggman is known for his role as Dr. John Dixon in the soap opera As the World Turns, a role he played from July 18, 1969 to December 14, 2004. Originally the role was a minor background part, which only required Bryggman to work two episodes, but he was later hired to a contract in 1970. For his role as Dr. Dixon, Bryggman received two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Actor in a Drama, in 1984 and 1987. He has also made several notable appearances in major films, most notably And Justice for All, Die Hard with a Vengeance and Spy Game. In December 2004, Bryggman's picture suddenly stopped appearing in the opening credits of As the World Turns. Although many actors were rarely seen on the show, As the World Turns had a history of keeping its veteran actors under contract.

Julie Strain is an American actress and model who was Penthouse Pet of the Month in June 1991 and later chosen as the magazine's Pet of the Year in... 1993. Strain was born in Concord, California. A graduate of Diablo Valley College, she had an extensive athletic background. Much of her youth was wiped from her memory, however, when she was left with a case of retrograde amnesia due to a severe head injury suffered in a fall from a horse. She eventually made her way to Las Vegas and later Hollywood, California and her career took off. With over 100 films to her credit, Strain has come to be known as the "Queen of the B-movies". In addition, she was Penthouse Pet of the Month for June 1991, and Penthouse Pet of the Year for 1993. She has also had her likeness attached to numerous comic book characters and animation items. For example, she did the voice acting for the main character in the animated movie Heavy Metal 2000 and was the basis for the third person shooter Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.². Strain, who stands 6 ft 1 in , was married to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-creator and Heavy Metal magazine Editor in Chief Kevin Eastman.

Cass McCombs is an American songwriter and performer. Called "unobtrusively brilliant" by John Peel, he has received widespread critical... acclaim for his five LPs and one EP. Cass McCombs was born in Concord, California. He has led a nomadic existence for most of his adult life, moving from one city to the next, living in cars, on couches and at campsites. McCombs spent time developing his songwriting abilities in New York City, until the events of 9/11 sent him back, via Greyhound bus, to San Francisco, where he recorded his debut E.P., entitled Not the Way E.P. It would be released by the small Baltimore-based Monitor Records in 2002. After relocating there, his first full-length album, A, was released early the following year on Monitor in the U.S. and in Europe and the U.K. by 4AD. McCombs and his band spent much of 2003 and 2004 touring, performing everywhere from the All Tomorrow's Parties festival to house shows. McCombs otherwise divided his time amongst the Pacific Northwest, England and Baltimore. After a week of recording in Michigan, his second LP, PREfection, arrived in spring 2005.
