Medical Insurance
Juggle offers all team members PPO healthcare solutions through United Health Care. All full-time members and eligible dependents qualify for our comprehensive medical coverage.
Dental Insurance
Juggle provides dental benefits through United Health Care for all team members. Our dental plan covers 100% of preventative services and 80% of basic services beginning on the first day of employment.
Life Insurance
All full-time Juggle team members receive $15,000 of life insurance free of charge. Beginning on the first day of employment, all new team members are eligible.
Paid Time-Off
Juggle’s PTO policy is based on “years of service.” Every team member receives 12 vacations days per year and earns more with experience and tenure. Team members can roll over both earned and given paid time-off.
Paid Holidays
Team members at Juggle are awarded for time off on 15 holidays throughout the year, including: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas through New Year’s Day.
In-House Physician
A board-certified, family physician visits the Juggle office monthly to provide general health and wellness presentations, medical screening and general checkups. By individual appointment, team members can meet with the doctor free of charge.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Commonly referred to as LTD insurance, Juggle provides all team members with coverage and income loss in the event that a serious illness or injury prevents work.
Employee Assistance Program
The goal of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide Juggle team members with an avenue to deal with personal problems adversely affecting health and well-being.
