CrowdSource Experiences Explosive Growth

CrowdSource forecasts 300% revenue growth from Q4 2011 to Q1 2012.

CrowdSourceCrowdSource, one of the leaders in the enterprise-level crowdsourcing space, is forecasting a 300% increase in revenue from Q4 2011 to Q1 2012. Named “A Company to Watch” by The Daily Crowdsource, an independent crowdsourcing news agency, CrowdSource has experienced exponential growth in revenue.

According to Stephanie Leffler, CEO of CrowdSource, “We are experiencing explosive growth. In fact, the company is on pace to grow revenue by more than 1100% in 2012 based on preliminary first quarter 2012 results.”

During 2011, CrowdSource’s revenue increased by an average of 100% per month. The company also completed over 3 million tasks for clients like Dictionary.com, an online reference resource. CrowdSource’s aggressive crowd curating efforts help ensure quality results and client satisfaction.

CrowdSource maintains a workforce of more than 500,000 individual contributors capable of producing more than 65 man-years of work per month. It would take an individual 65 years to complete what CrowdSource’s contributors can do in one month. In order to promote loyalty and continuous high-quality work, CrowdSource employs a virtual career system that rewards top-performing workers with higher pay, bonuses and access to more work.

“We are experiencing incredible growth in both new and repeat business. Clients appreciate our ability to provide both speed and efficiency while maintaining extremely high quality,” said Ken Stoddart, Vice President of Global Sales for CrowdSource. “In fact, during 2011, we saw CrowdSource’s revenue increase by an average of 334% per quarter.”

CrowdSource provides full-service crowdsourcing solutions to accomplish labor-intensive tasks with unprecedented speed and superior quality. By providing pre-qualified groups of skilled workers, breaking complex tasks into microtasks and employing quality-controls, CrowdSource eliminates the most common problems associated with scaling labor intensive tasks.
