Jeffrey H. Brotman was a founder and Chairman of the Board of Costco from its inception until October 1993. In October 1993, Mr. Brotman became the Vice Chairman of the Company, and he has served as Chairman since December 1994.

Richard D. DiCerchio has been Senior Executive Vice President of Costco since 1997. He is Chief Operating Officer of Operations. Until mid-August... 1994, he also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer-Northern Division.

Susan Lynne Decker served as president of Yahoo! Inc in 2007 and 2008, leading the operations of the company during Jerry Yang's reign as CEO.... Decker has a Bachelor of Science in computer science and economics from Tufts University, and an Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Yahoo, she worked with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette for 14 years. Most recently, she served as the global director of equity research, a $300 million operation, where, among other things, she was responsible for building and staffing a non-U.S. research product based on global sector teams. Before she assumed these responsibilities, Decker spent 12 years as an equity research analyst, providing coverage to institutional investors on more than 30 media, publishing, and advertising stocks. In this capacity, she received recognition by Institutional Investor magazine as a top rated analyst for ten consecutive years. Decker has three children and lives in Marin County. Decker was chief financial officer and executive vice-president of finance and administration of Yahoo from 2000 to 2007.

Daniel Jackson Evans served three terms as the 16th Governor of the state of Washington from 1965 to 1977, and represented the state in the United... States Senate from 1983 to 1989. Evans was seriously considered for the Republican vice presidential nomination on the ticket with Gerald Ford in 1976 ; Richard Nixon in 1968 had also hinted at a possible Evans nomination for the vice presidency. At the 1968 Republican National Convention Evans refused to endorse Nixon for the presidential nomination, remaining a supporter of the doomed candidacy of Nelson Rockefeller. Evans was born in Seattle, Washington , descended from a family that had first arrived in the Washington Territory in 1859; his grandfather had served in one of Washington's first state senates. He grew up in the Laurelhurst neighborhood and attended Roosevelt High School. As a young man, Evans was an Eagle Scout, and served as a staff member and Hike Master at Camp Parsons, a well known Boy Scout camp in Washington State.
