From 1988 through... 2006, Mr. Banks served as Senior Portfolio Manager for W. R. Huff Asset Management Company, an investment management firm. He is also a director of Virgin Media , a communications services company, and CKX, Inc., an entertainment management company. Mr. Banks previously served on the board of Caremark Rx, Inc. from May 2000 until the closing of the CVS/Caremark merger, when he became a director of CVS Caremark Corporation.
