As Senior Vice President of Advanced Products, Matt Hershenson brings a wealth of experience to Danger. He is responsible for Danger's hardware engineering, development and design efforts. Before co-founding Danger, Matt managed the hardware group at Mainbrace Corporation, a Windows CE systems... integrator. Prior to Mainbrace Corporation, Matt served in various roles at Philips Electronics. During his tenure with the Philips Mobile Computing Group, he was responsible for the hardware of the Velo-1 handheld PC, one of the first Windows CE devices. While at Philips Semiconductors, Matt served as a systems architect, where he played an integral role in the design of numerous consumer handheld devices, including the Sharp Mobilon, Philips Nino, and the Compaq C-series. Before Philips, Matt was a hardware engineer with Catapult Entertainment, since acquired by Hearme. He was part of the team that turned the vision of multi-player gaming over the Internet into a reality. He handled all aspects of product development and design for the XBAND Video Game Modem. Matt also played a key role in the product development and design of the Apple Powerbook 150, then Apple's most affordable PowerBook computer. Matt also co-founded MOTO Development Group, a product design consultancy firm specializing in product development. MOTO aided in the design of many technical products, such as remote controls for Apple Interactive TV.

Hank also held the roles of Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales for GTE Telenet Communications Corporation , which pioneered x.25 networks, the initial public data networking protocol.Hank serves on the board of Tessera, Inc., a developer of semiconductor packaging technology for miniaturization and increased performance of electronic products. Before joining Danger, he was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Endforce , a leading provider of network security software. He remained chairman of the board through March 2005.Hank has an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.S. degree with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy, and he is a former officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Rocky Pimentel directs financial policies and functions of Glu Mobile worldwide. Pimentel... joined Glu Mobile from Zone Labs where, as executive vice president and chief financial officer, he oversaw the company's successful negotiation and merger with Check Point Software. Prior to Zone Labs, Pimentel was a partner with Redpoint Ventures, where he managed the firm's operational activities as well as contributing to business development and new investment development. Pimentel's career has also included leadership positions with WebTV Networks ; LSI Logic Corporation . Pimentel was a member of the founding management teams of Seagate Technology , a NYSE-listed Global 500 developer, and Conner Peripherals, Inc., which was acquired by Seagate in 1996. Pimentel has also held board of director positions with Livingston Communications, where he advised the company's sale to Lucent Technologies for more than $1 billion; Crossworlds Software, where he assisted in the sale of the company to IBM for approximately $250 million; SoftCom Microsystems, where he advised management in its sale to Intel Corporation . In addition to his board of directors positions, Pimentel also sponsored early-stage corporate investments in Brocade Communications and Siebel Systems during his business career.
