DeAndrew Tarjo Rubin is an American football wide receiver and defensive back, who is currently a Free Agent of the Arena Football League. Rubin attended Dixie Hollins High School in Saint Petersburg, Florida and the University of South Florida and was a starting receiver after being redshirted in 1999. After running a 4.42 in the 40 yard dash and showing off a 35½-inch vertical jump, Rubin was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 2003 NFL Draft.
