Calvin Johnson, Jr. , nicknamed Megatron, is an American football wide receiver for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League . He was drafted by the Lions second overall in the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Georgia Tech. On March 14, 2012, Johnson signed a seven-year, $132... million contract extension with the Lions, one of the largest sports contracts ever. Johnson has a rare combination of size, hands, speed, strength, leaping ability, body control and hand-eye coordination. His nickname "Megatron" was given to him by former Lions wide receiver Roy Williams and the name caught on with fans. Johnson was born to Calvin and Arica Johnson on September 29, 1985 in Newnan, Georgia. Johnson was 6 feet tall in middle school, and 6 feet 4 inches in 10th grade. He attended Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Georgia and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, he was a three year starter as a wide receiver. As a sophomore, he made 34 receptions for 646 yards and 10 touchdowns. As a junior, Johnson caught 40 passes for 736 yards and eight touchdowns. His number, 81, was retired on October 22, 2010.

Rivals.com, a high school football recruiting service, named Sims the number one overall high school football player in the country ahead of Reggie Bush. Sims chose to play for Florida State over Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, and Southern California. In 2003, as a true freshman at Florida State, Sims played in every single game.

Michael Troy Williams is an American football wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League . He was drafted by the Detroit Lions 10th overall in the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at Southern California. Williams has also played for the Oakland Raiders and... Tennessee Titans. Williams was born in Tampa, Florida. He attended Henry B. Plant High School in Tampa, and played both high school football and basketball. As a senior, Williams had 38 receptions for 789 yards with 12 touchdowns. Williams' honors included Tom Lemming All-American, Super Prep All-Dixie, PrepStar All-Southeast Region, St. Petersburg Times All-Suncoast second team, and Tampa Tribune All-Hillsborough County. During his junior year, Williams made the All-State Class 4A second team while making 35 receptions for 803 yards and 12 touchdowns. As a sophomore, Williams made 28 receptions for 631 yards . In basketball, he averaged 16.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.6 assists as a senior in 2002. As a junior in 2001, Williams earned Tampa Tribune All-Hillsborough County first team honors, averaging 14.7 points, 10.

Bell was also inducted as a contributor. Half-way through the 1931 season, the Frankford Yellow Jackets went bankrupt and ceased operations.
