The 21st Century Tower is a 55-story skyscraper along the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai . When it was completed in 2003 it took the title of the world's... tallest residential building, but later the Eureka Tower in Melbourne, Australia and the Q1 tower in Australia's Gold Coast bumped it to its current position. It is occupied by employees of Emirates Airline. It has a gym on the top floor and a pool on the roof. The skyscraper contains seven elevators. During requests for an elevator, an intelligent elevator system automatically directs the closest elevator to the requested floor. Architectural and engineering design was carried out by Atkins. PERI Dubai provided the formwork solution.

23 Marina is a residential skyscraper in Dubai and was built by the Hiranandani Group based in Mumbai, India. The tower has 90 floors and is... 395 m . It is the world's Tallest all-residential building. The tower has 57 swimming pools and each duplex in the tower is equipped with its own private elevator. The tower is composed of 291 apartments. The building was 79 per cent sold before construction started. The raft was completed on April 30, 2007. In June 2011, 23 Marina topped out and became the second tallest building in the city and the tallest residential building in the world. The handing over of the apartments commenced in August, 2011.

The Abjar Tower is an approved 67-floor tower in the Jumeirah Village in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Abjar Tower was expected to... be completed in 2010. The construction start has been delayed for more than 10 months. It is the first project of Khuyool Invetstments L.L.C., in Dubai. No construction activity has begun in Abjar tower to this date, the project is currently over three year behind schedule. Investors are currently in the process of submitting a class action law suit against Khuyool Investment LLC.

The group also contributed to the soundtrack of Voices of Iraq, a documentary featured in The Georgia Straight and Time.[4] Euphrates disbanded after Nawaf’s unexpected passing on November 26, 2004. Yassin has since pursued a solo career, recording 4 mixtapes and a studio album. Rapping in English and occasionally in Iraqi Arabic, Yassin’s lyrics address some of the social, political and cultural issues of our time, including the 9/11 attacks, the US-led invasion of Iraq, Islamophobia and the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
