Norma Jean Wright was the lead vocalist of the soul, R&B and disco group Chic, from 1977 to 1978. Before joining Chic in 1977, she sang in the... female trio, the Topettes, and toured for a short time with The Spinners. She also attended Ohio State University. Most notably, Norma Jean Wright sang lead vocal on Chic's debut album, Chic, which includes the hits "Dance, Dance, Dance " and "Everybody Dance" . She left Chic in 1978 to begin a solo career, billed as "Norma Jean". In July 1978, she scored her first R&B Top 20 hit, "Saturday" , from her debut album, Norma Jean on the Bearsville Records label, produced by Bernard Edwards and Nile Rodgers. In January 1980, she scored her second R&B Top 20 hit, "High Society" , also produced by the Chic team. Red Top Young is an American blues, rhythm and blues, country, rock and roll and jazz musician. Robert Young was born February 15, 1936 in... Martinsville, Virginia, to Willie and Mattie Young. One of seven children, he started his education in Martinsville and completed high school in Elyria, Ohio. Subsequently, he attended Cleveland Music School in Cleveland, Ohio. All of his brothers had a love for music and the talent to go with it. He started making music at the age of eight and has never stopped. After learning to play on an upright piano that one of his brothers purchased, he knew that music was what he wanted to do. His first professional job was in Martinsville when one night Fats Domino was too sick to perform for an annual event, the June German Ball and Robert was asked to play piano, along with his brother Mouncie. At the age of 15 he and brother Mouncie joined his brother Nick in Elyria, Ohio. His parents later relocated to Elyria and the family was all together again. Music was the brothers' mistress and soon they had formed a group called The Four Lovers, consisting of Robert, his brother Mouncie, friends Paul Kimble and John Cristman.

Keefe Brasselle was an American film actor, television actor/producer and author. He first made a name for himself playing the role of Eddie Cantor... in a Hollywood biography. Later, he became known for producing several failed television shows. His friendship with CBS executive James Aubrey led to the opportunity to produce several TV programs. In the summer of 1963 he starred in a brief summer replacement series for Garry Moore called The Keefe Brasselle Show. During the 1964-65 season, under his "Richelieu Productions" banner, he produced three new but untested series: The Baileys of Balboa, The Cara Williams Show and The Reporter. Those series suffered from poor ratings and eventually contributed to Aubrey's removal as president of CBS Television in February 1965. Brasselle later wrote a novel that was a thinly disguised account of his relationship with Aubrey and the network, "The CanniBalS" , followed by a sequel, "The Barricudas" . Other career highlights include appearances in the films A Place in the Sun and The Streets of Sin. Brasselle struggled to find work after his CBS experience.
