Eric Pierpoint is an American actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as George Francisco on Fox Network's Alien Nation. He has appeared on all of the Star Trek spin-offs, with the exception of Star Trek: Voyager. He played five characters in the four series from 1993 to 2005. He is the son of retired CBS news correspondent Robert Pierpoint. He attended Catholic University, where he received his MA in fine arts. He graduated from Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Maryland and was on the wrestling, soccer, and tennis teams. He received his BA degree from the University of Redlands,... majoring in philosophy. He was captain of the soccer team, and took his first drama course as a senior. He was married to his college girlfriend, Lind until 1985. After their divorce, she remarried later to her first boyfriend.
