Finding Nemo is a 2003 American comedy-drama animated film written and directed by Andrew Stanton, produced by Pixar, and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It tells the story of the overly protective clownfish Marlin who, along with a regal tang called Dory , searches for his abducted son Nemo . Along the way, Marlin learns to take risks and to let Nemo take care of himself. It is Pixar's first movie to be released in cinemas in the summer.
