The J. Lawrence Walkup Skydome is an indoor multi-purpose stadium in Flagstaff, Arizona, on the campus of Northern Arizona University. Opened in... September 1977, it is the home of the NAU Lumberjacks football and basketball teams of the Big Sky Conference. The seating capacity is 16,230, with 15,000 permanent seats and 1,230 seats in portable bleachers. The Walkup Skydome has hosted five Big Sky men's basketball tournaments: 1987, 1997, 1998, 2005, and 2006. For its first six years, the Walkup Skydome was the world's largest clear-span timber dome, until the completion of the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, in 1983. The architect was Wendell Rossman, of Phoenix, also responsible for many other buildings on the surrounding NAU campus. The wood used in construction of Walkup Skydome was Southern Yellow Pine. The Skydome is named after J. Lawrence Walkup, the president of NAU from 1958 to 1979, a period of tremendous growth for the university. The playing surface is at an elevation of 6980 feet above sea level, second only to Wyoming's War Memorial Stadium, by 335 feet .

Edward Bridge 'Ted' Danson III is an American actor, author and producer, well known for his role as lead character Sam Malone in the sitcom Cheers,... and his role as Dr. John Becker on the series Becker. He is currently starring in the CBS drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He also plays a recurring role on Larry David's HBO sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm, starred alongside Glenn Close in legal drama Damages and was a regular on the HBO comedy series Bored to Death. In his 30-year career, Danson has been nominated for 15 Primetime Emmy Awards, winning two; ten Golden Globe Awards nominations, winning three; one Screen Actors Guild Awards nomination; one American Comedy Award and a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame. He was ranked second in TV Guide's list of the top 25 television stars. Danson has also been a longtime activist in ocean conservation. In March 2011, he published his first book, Oceana: Our Endangered Oceans And What We Can Do To Save Them, written with journalist Michael D'Orso. Danson was born in San Diego, California, the son of Jess Danson and Edward Bridge Danson, Jr.

Raymond Carlos “R.” Nakai is a Native American flautist of Navajo/Ute heritage. Born Ray Carlos Nakai, in Flagstaff, Arizona, he... released his first album, Changes, in 1983. He has been nominated for four Grammy Awards, and two of his records, Canyon Trilogy and Earth Spirit, have been RIAA certified Gold, two of the first Native American flute albums to go gold. He published The Art of the Native American Flute in 1996 with James Demars, Ken Light and David P. McAllester, which provided resources and support for other musicians playing the Native American flute. It defined a system of tablature notation that could be used across a wide variety of flute keys and tunings. In 2005 he was inducted into the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame. As well as having a large number of solo albums, Nakai has also worked with many other musicians, including Tibetan flutist Nawang Khechog, flutist Paul Horn, and American composer Philip Glass. In 2005 he traveled to Hawaii to collaborate with slack key guitar master Keola Beamer fusing two very different indigenous American cultural forms and producing the album, "Our Beloved Land." He lives in Tucson, Arizona.

Blake Michael Woodruff is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Mike Baker in the film Cheaper by the Dozen. Woodruff has two older... sisters, Ayla and Raina, and a younger brother, Trevor. He decided that he wanted to be an actor at the age of six, and was cast in Shawn Levy's Cheaper by the Dozen after an uncredited role in the thriller Blind Horizon. He has since appeared on the television soap opera The Young and the Restless, and reprised his role in Cheaper by the Dozen 2. Woodruff also appeared in the film Whisper as David. Woodruff acted in the movies Cheaper by the Dozen and Cheaper by the Dozen 2 as Mike Baker. Due to his acting talent, he has had a reasonably successful career as an actor. Woodruff had wanted to become an actor since he was a young boy, and hence was given courses in acting for his sixth birthday. He has 2 older sisters, Ayla and Raina, and a younger brother, Trevor. Blake worked with Tom Welling in Cheaper By The Dozen and has stated that they enjoy each other's company. Blake currently lives in Los Angeles with his mother, father, and his three siblings.
