Hammond Stadium is a baseball field located in the Lee County Sports Complex in South Fort Myers, Florida, United States. The stadium was built in... 1991 and holds 7,500 people. It is the Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins, and houses their Class A Advanced affiliate, the Fort Myers Miracle, in the Florida State League. The Twins' Rookie League affiliate, the Gulf Coast League Twins also play in the Lee County Sports Complex, however, not at Hammond Stadium. The stadium is named in honor of current Lee County Deputy Administrator, William H. Hammond, Jr., who was instrumental in getting the Lee County Sports complex built to draw the Twins from their previous Spring home, Orlando, Florida. Hammond Stadium's outer facade was designed with Churchill Downs in mind. The parking rows all feature streets signs named to honor former Twins greats-- including Bert Blyleven, Kirby Puckett and Kent Hrbek. There is also a waterfall fountain near the stadium's entrance. The Twins won the World Series following their first Spring Training in Hammond Stadium. Their agreement with Lee County for use of the complex runs through 2011.

The Murphy-Burroughs House, also known as the Burroughs House, is a historic home in Fort Myers, Florida, United States. It is located at 2505 1st... Street. On August 1, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The Burroughs House provides living history tours once a week. The Murphy-Burroughs House was Ft. Myers' first year-round luxury home. It is in the Georgian Revival style and was built in 1901 for George Murphy, a cattle rancher. The beautiful veranda wraps around 3 sides of the house. Nelson Burroughs bought the house in 1918.

Falkinburg was then a manager in World Championship Wrestling, while Kimberly graduated with a master's degree in advertising from Northwestern University in 1991 and worked in the industry for a brief time before joining him in the wrestling business. She appeared with actor Sebastian Siegel on the covers of both Physical and Iron Man . Her first WCW television appearance was in April 1991, as one of Page's The Diamond Dolls.

Vonzell Monique Solomon , nicknamed Baby V, is an American singer and aspiring actress who finished in third place in the fourth season of the... televised singing competition American Idol. She also appeared in the independent movie Still Green. Born in Baxley, Georgia, Solomon's family relocated to Fort Myers, Florida when she was an infant. Her parents are Alice and Larry Goethie; Solomon uses her mother's maiden name professionally. She has one older sister, Zanobra, and two brothers, Kendall and Gabriel. Solomon attended high school at the Cypress Lake Center for the Arts. She holds a black belt in Sembact martial arts; her father is a martial arts instructor affectionately known as "Master G". Prior to auditioning for American Idol, she worked for the United States Postal Service as a Rural Letter Carrier and sung with local bands in Southwest Florida. In April 2004, she released a demo CD, My Struggle exclusively to her website. It was made unavailable while she was competing on Idol. In 2002, Solomon auditioned for the second season of P-Diddy's Making the Band, but was not selected for the group.

Florida, Washington was a wide receiver on the football team of Miami University in Ohio in 1996 and 1997 before he became a rapper. After dropping out of college, he founded Big Gates with his stepbrother. Signed to Slip-n-Slide Records, from 2007 to 2008 he released three albums. Plies debuted in 2007 with The Real Testament with successful singles "Shawty" and "Hypnotized". Plies also released two albums in 2008, Definition of Real and Da REAList, and later released Goon Affiliated in 2010. Plies was born Algernod Lanier Washington in Fort Myers, Florida and grew up in the East Dunbar area of Fort Myers. While at Fort Myers Senior High School, he played receiver and defensive back in its football team, was crowned Homecoming King, and was named the "Best Dressed" student of his class. He attended Miami University and under the name Nod Washington was wide receiver on its football team in 1996 and 1997, then transferred to the University of Central Florida and dropped out.

Haley Bennett is an American singer and actress. She will star in the new FX series Outlaw Country with Luke Grimes and Mary Steenburgen. Haley... Bennett was born in Naples, Florida as Haley Loraine Keeling, the daughter of Leilani Dorsey Bennett and Ronald Keeling. As a child, she moved with her father to Stow, Ohio, where she attended Stow-Munroe Falls High School, before the family relocated back to Naples. Later, she studied music and acting while attending Barron Collier High School in Naples. She and her mother moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue her career in the summer of 2005 after high school. Haley made her film debut as the pop music singer Cora Corman in the 2007 romantic comedy Music and Lyrics, alongside Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore. Bennett sang several songs for the Music and Lyrics soundtrack, including "Buddha's Delight" and "Way Back into Love". Jim Ed Norman is an American musician, record producer, arranger and label head. He was one of the principal architects of the distinctive sound of... West Coast 1970s pop and rock, after which he moved into production, eventually becoming President of Warner Bros. Records Nashville. Following a short-lived retirement in 2004, he re-emerged in Nashville in 2010. Norman's career began in earnest when he joined Don Henley in Texas-based group Felicity in 1969, playing keyboards and guitar. Having renamed themselves Shiloh and by now based in Los Angeles, they recorded an eponymous album which bore early signs of the direction in which 1970s country-rock would soon move en masse. The album was produced by Kenny Rogers but following its release, the group disbanded. Norman resurfaced a couple of years later with Uncle Jim's Music, a group who combined West Coast and country music leanings. Norman joined the band after the release of their first album, contributing to their second collection for Kapp Records, There's A Song In This.
