Not even Freddy would take this as his Final Nightmare Mar 22, 2008
2.00 2/5.0
Pros:
Interesting enough, the tribute to Freddy at the end is wicked cool.
Cons:
Deaths are pretty much a cartoon, horrid one-liners, script.

Review: Not as bad as the second Nightmare, however, it is close.

I'm not quite dead yet... Jan 26, 2008
3.00 3/5.0
Pros:
The first half is pretty hilariously entertaining.
Cons:
There really isn't much horror involved at all.

Review: "Freddy's Dead" is far from the best in the series, but I'd still say watch it once. At the very least, you'll laugh through the first half.

Freddy's Dead... Not By a Long Shot Oct 19, 2005
3.00 3/5.0
Pros:
Reveals more about Krueger's past, some good special effects and set pieces.
Cons:
Far too silly and over-the-top for it's own good, Krueger is a complete clown here.

Review: Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare is a weak but servicable entry in the Nightmare On Elm Street series that hardcore fans may enjoy, others may not.
