According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 8.7 square miles , of which, 8.6 square miles of it is land and 0.1 square miles of it is water. As of the census of 2010, there were 8679 people in 3070 households. The racial makeup of the town was 7747 White, 47 African American, 181...
