Scott M. Sassa is currently president of Hearst Entertainment & Syndication, the operating group responsible for Hearst’s interests in... cable television networks, including ESPN, Lifetime, A&E and History; a joint venture with Mark Burnett Productions, and Manilla a start up that organizes people's digital lives. Early in his career, Sassa was vice president of New Business Development at Ohlmeyer Communications Co., which was headed by Don Ohlmeyer. He also served as Vice President of Network Management for the Fox Broadcasting Company. Sassa was among the first people hired by Fox and he ran its operations and administration departments. Before that, he spent nine years at Turner Broadcasting System, finishing his tenure there as President of Turner Entertainment Group and a member of the Turner Board of Directors and the TBS Executive Committee. Sassa originally joined Turner Broadcasting in 1982, first as Director of Sales Promotion, then Executive Producer of Night Tracks in 1983 which led to him becoming Vice President/General Manager of the company’s Cable Music Channel in 1984. He began his career with Rogers & Cowan public relations agency.

Toby Lenk is President of Gap Inc. Direct, the e-commerce division of Gap Inc. He is responsible for the direction and management of Gap Inc.'s... popular retail websites: Gap Online, Banana Republic Online and Old Navy Online, and the company's new online footwear brand, Piperlime. Lenk also oversees Gap Inc.'s private label credit card program, as well as the company's corporate sales division. Prior to joining Gap Inc. in 2003, Lenk served as CEO of GameFly, the leading online video game subscription service he co-founded in 2002. Previously, Lenk was CEO of eToys, a pioneering e-commerce business he founded in 1997. Before founding eToys, Lenk served as Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning for The Walt Disney Company. Lenk earned a B.A. in economics and government from Bowdoin College in Maine and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Thomas E. Banahan is a managing director in Private Equity, head of Global Venture Capital and a partner in Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. In... addition to oversight of Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, Mr. Banahan has managerial responsibility for Lehman Brothers' European Venture Capital Group and Communications Venture Group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1999, Mr. Banahan spent 20 years working as an operational manager in the technology industry. Most recently, he was the vice president of business development for Marimba, Inc. . Mr. Banahan joined Marimba as the 14th employee and was involved in all areas of the company's growth through its successful public offering in April 1999. Prior to Marimba, Mr. Banahan was the vice president of worldwide sales for Spyglass, Inc. He joined Spyglass as the 23rd employee and was instrumental in helping the company deliver a string of 12 consecutive profitable quarters that positioned Spyglass as the first Internet company to access the public equity markets in June 1995. During the six years prior to Spyglass, Mr. Banahan worked for Comdisco, Inc. as a vice president of sales, with his sales team directly responsible for significant revenue generated from sales to Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Banahan started his career in the sales organization at IBM where he spent seven years. He currently is a director of Composite Software, GameFly, Infoblox, Mark Logic, Primarion and Tira Wireless, and was formerly a director of PentaSafe Security Technologies and SevenSpace . Mr. Banahan holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
