Garrett Mock

Garrett Lee Mock is an American professional baseball pitcher who is in the Boston Red Sox organization. A graduate of Houston's North Shore Senior High School, Mock attended the University of Houston where he played as part of the Houston Cougars baseball team. He also played for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He was the first of his UH class to be selected in the 2004 amateur draft, being chosen by Arizona Diamondbacks in the third round.
