While a partner at the engineering firm Bard, Rao & Athanas, he designed over four million sq. feet of construction and nine MW of power generation. He is a certified professional engineer and has a BSME degree from Cornell University. Paul Coughlin, Vice President, Distribution and Dealer Sales – Paul built gro’s dominant position in the northeast. He was deeply involved in the solar energy industry growth in California. Prior to gro, he worked at Alternative Solar Products and Astropower and was a leading consultant in the founding of Home Depots’s Solar Energy sales program. Dorothy Wolfe, General Manager – Dori runs the day-to-day operations of gro. She has strong expertise in non-standard PV and solar heating systems, building systems and energy conservation.
