Richard C. Breeden is a former Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, hedge fund manager, and corporate chairman. Breeden began... his career practicing corporate and securities law in New York City. During the administrations of Presidents Reagan, Bush and Clinton, he held a series of government posts, including assistant to the President for issue analysis under President Bush senior.
