Cayetano 'Cat' Garza is a comic artist, cartoonist, illustrator, and musician in the United States. He is best known for his experiments with... webcomics. Garza has been published in various anthologies and publications. He is considered by Scott McCloud, author of Understanding Comics, as a pioneer in the area of web design and interface for online comics. Garza is featured in McCloud's sequel to Understanding Comics, Reinventing Comics, and on his website. He has also been featured in Toon Art: The Graphic Art of Digital Cartooning by Steven Withrow. Garza was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley in the city of Harlingen, Texas on October 15, 1972. His interest in comics stems from a day in his early youth when, as a six year old child, his mother bought him his first comic, an issue of The Flash. In second grade he sold homemade comics with a cast characters that included the likes of "Glue Man" to his classmates for a quarter or their lunch ticket. As a child he typically read superhero comics, but what really caught his attention was the humor comic Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew.

Nicolas Kent "Nick" Stahl is an American actor. Starting out as a child actor, he gained recognition for his performance in the 1993 film The Man... Without a Face and then embarked on a successful career as a child actor. He later transitioned into his adult career with roles in Bully, Sin City, In the Bedroom, the HBO series Carnivàle, and the film Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, in which he took over the role of John Connor, originally played by Edward Furlong. He also starred in the 2010 film Mirrors 2. Stahl was born in Harlingen, Texas, the son of Donna Lynn, a brokerage assistant and William Kent Stahl, a German American businessman. He was raised in Plano and Richardson. The 1993 film The Man Without a Face, co-starring Mel Gibson, helped boost his career at the age of 13. His first professional casting was in Stranger at My Door, although he had been acting in children's plays since he was four years old. In 1996 he played the role of Puck in Benjamin Britten's opera A Midsummer Night's Dream at The Metropolitan Opera in New York. In 1998 he played a doomed young soldier during the World War II Pacific War in The Thin Red Line.

Juan Pedro de La Rosa is a professional Mexican boxer and is Brother to Top Welterweight boxer, Mexican James de La Rosa. De La Rosa's father is a... Mexican and his mother is a Texas native, she is the aunt of Boxer Rashad Ganaway. Juan wears a lanyard with his grandfather's picture on it around his neck immediately before and after every fight. His Mexican Grandpa was a very influential person in Juan's life. De La Rosa turned Pro at the age of 15 years old. He was the youngest contestant on reality TV show The Contender at the age of 18 years old. On the show, he was placed on the "East Coast" team and fought Tarick Salmaci in the second to last First Round fight. This bout of Youth versus Experience and was won by the young Mexican. Juan later drew criticism for allowing himself to be withdrawn from the competition with apparently minor injuries. His withdrawal left room for Ahmed Khaddour to strut his way back into the show. Since starring on the Contender, de La Rosa's promise has somewhat diminished. Although he has continued to fight, his two losses to Mikel Williams have led some to question whether he has been a protected fighter.

Rachel McLish née Raquel Livia Elizondo is an American female bodybuilding champion, actress and author. McLish was born in 1955 in Harlingen,... Texas. She attended Pan American University. Her father was of Spanish ancestry. McLish was winner of the inaugural Ms. Olympia competition in 1980, was sponsored by Dynamics Health Equipment Manufacturing Corporation and was also the Ms. Olympia winner in 1982. In January 1999, McLish was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame. She was featured in the 1985 documentary Pumping Iron II: The Women, and acted in the movies Getting Physical , Aces: Iron Eagle III and Raven Hawk . These involved her acting the part of a physically strong woman. She was one of the first women to take such a role, and was followed successfully in this by fellow Ms Olympian, Cory Everson. Rachel McLish was also a star in Herb Alpert 'Red Hot' music video. McLish has authored two books on weight training for women that made the New York Times bestseller list - Flex Appeal, by Rachel , and Perfect Parts .

Linda Georgina Haley is an American singer-songwriter. Haley is the youngest child of rock and roll pioneer Bill Haley from his marriage to his... last wife Martha; she grew up in Harlingen and she was only five years old when her father died in 1981. At 18 years old she left home and set out to find her musical identity which landed her in Houston, Tx. She is classically trained on piano and an accomplished self-taught guitarist and songwriter. During the mid-1990s she left Houston and moved to Los Angeles. She managed to catch the eye of producer Michael Sembello, and worked closely with him writing, recording and arranging tracks which appeared in television and movies. Gina also worked closely with songwriter Richard Rudolph and published songs through Music Sales Group. Her first self-titled album was released in Japan in 1999 Heat Wave. During these years in Los Angeles she sang with the world music group called The Bridge whose members included Edu Falcao, Daniel Jobim, Paulinho Da Costa, Vincent Colaiuta and Michael Sembello.

Beth Nielsen Chapman is an American singer-songwriter, mostly known for her numerous hits recorded by country and pop music performers. In 1976,... Chapman played with a rock and pop group called "Harmony" in Montgomery, Alabama, effectively replacing Tommy Shaw who had just left to join Styx. She played acoustic guitar and piano as well as providing vocals for the group in a locally-popular bowling alley bar called Kegler's Kove and has returned to play in the area on an infrequent basis ever since. Chapman had several popular songs on the Adult Contemporary charts in the 1990s, such as "I Keep Coming Back to You", "Walk My Way", "The Moment You Were Mine" and "All I Have". In 1993, she sang a popular duet with Paul Carrack, "In the Time it Takes".

Caitlyn Taylor Love is an American actress and singer. She currently co-stars in the Disney XD sitcom I'm in the Band. Caitlyn Taylor Love was born... on June 16, 1994, in Corpus Christi, Texas, and raised in Harlingen, Texas. She began pursuing an interest in entertainment at age 10, by competing in the Miss Texas Pageant Talent Division. She would end up winning that division in 2004. She was then invited in July 2005 to compete at IMTA New York where she won Miss Jr. Actress of the Year along with several other acting and singing awards. Love then moved to Los Angeles, California where she was briefly a cast member of MTV's Punk'd, where she was involved in a prank on Rihanna. She would achieve more notability by competing on NBC's America's Got Talent appearing as semi-finalist in the show's first season. In 2009, Love became a cast member of the Disney XD sitcom I'm in the Band. Love has signed with Genuine Music Group and is preparing a master demo. It will be called 'Bad Case Of Love Disease' which is a song on the album written by JakeAce Rivers. In 2012, Love joined the recurring cast of Ultimate Spider-Man as White Tiger/Ava Alaya.
