Hateship, Friendship, Courtship, Loveship, Marriage is a book of short stories by Alice Munro, published by McClelland and Stewart in 2001. In 2006, the story "The Bear Came over the Mountain" was adapted into a film, Away from Her, directed by Sarah Polley and produced by Atom Egoyan. A film adaptation of the story "Hateship, Friendship, Courtship, Loveship, Marriage", starring Julianne Moore and directed by Noam Murro, has been slated for a 2011 release.
