Take: 80-85% score - doing the job, level of warmth, affordability.

Cons:

Point loss on noise level, inconvenience inherent to model itself, short cord and lacks switch.

Review: This heater is adequate, warms a small zone, very affordable but very inconvenient. Spend the money on a better Honeywell ceramic extra safe model.
