Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is seeking an experienced HR generalist to help our already quickly expanding organization develop. We are a young and vibrant company constantly seeking new team members, and as an HR generalist you will help us with organizational development and employee retention as we as a company move forward.
What We Are Looking For
We at Juggle.com are looking for a highly motivated, very organized individual to provide consulting expertise in Human Resources, including work in organizational development, employee relations, performance management, employee retention, and manager coaching/training. It is important to us to maintain a unique working environment, the kind that breeds creativity and dedication, and as our HR Generalist you will be integral in maintaining our distinctive work environment.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
First and foremost, you will need to understand our business model and how our Human Resources contribute to that model. You will identify any issues and come up with plans to rectify them, ensuring effective communication within the company while supporting management practices. To qualify for the position, you should:
- Have a Bachelors degree in an applicable field and some HR generalist experience
- Have experience in employee relations, meeting facilitation, management and leadership training
- Be a proactive individual who anticipates future issues and comes up with solutions quickly
- Have outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Have a positive attitude and effective motivational skills
