Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is looking for a motivated team player to serve as an HR recruiter, managing and guiding the recruiting progress as our growing company fills various new and expanded roles. What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an HR recruiter who is excited about our company and can make that excitement translate while recruiting the most talented individuals in the area for their respective open positions. You should feel confident managing and supporting the recruiting process while working as a team player with upper management and others in Human Resources.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
At Juggle.com, you will be sourcing, recruiting and hiring team members across a broad expanse of technical and creative roles. In addition to filling open positions, you will also develop a plan to help build a pipeline of qualified candidates for further possible expansion. An ideal candidate for the position should:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and experience
- Have expert knowledge of direct sourcing
- Possess effective interviewing techniques
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other necessary programs
- Be a high-energy individual with an upbeat personality
Previous experience recruiting Web designers, online marketing professionals, or software developers is not a must, but it is preferred.
