Overview
Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is currently seeking a highly motivated marketing or business student to serve as an online marketing intern. This internship will cover all aspects of online marketing, from organic search engine optimization to pay-per-click advertising, as you will assist our OLM professionals with day-to-day campaign monitoring and optimization while learning the ins and outs of running a successful online enterprise. We are a young, vibrant company that is constantly growing; there is potential for full-time work once the internship has been completed.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited about learning the ins and outs of OLM. You should be interested in SEO (search engine optimization) and PPC (pay-per-click advertising) and should have a working knowledge of social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. You should be excited about the World Wide Web and the business opportunities it offers, and about learning how to run an online marketing campaign for an enterprise-level operation.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
You will be assisting our search engine optimization developers, PPC analysts, and other team members as you learn about the different aspects of the online marketing realm. To qualify, you should:
- Be enrolled in a four-year university program in Marketing, Advertising, or related business field
- Have the desire to learn about new forms of marketing, including
- SEO
- PPC
- Social media/bookmarking
- Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Some experience in business classes is a plus.
What You Will Learn
In addition to specific knowledge in SEO, PPC and social media marketing, you will be working closely with online marketing professionals, gaining an insider’s insight into the running of a successful online enterprise. You will also learn about the technical aspects of running an online business, including:
- Web design/development
- Application development
- Information technology
