James Mann

James Mann

James Mann is an American journalist and author. He graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in sociology. He worked for The Washington Post, and the Philadelphia Inquirer. He served as Chief of the Beijing bureau of the Los Angeles Times from 1984 to 1989. His work appeared in The New Republic, and Atlantic Monthly.
